Ms. Alice Cui is Head of Capital Markets of Admiralty Harbour Financial Group.
Ms. Cui has over 12 years’ experience in investment banking, and has completed more than 300 debt financing and liability management transactions. She has extensive experience in offshore financing for real estate companies, having led a large number of debut and repeated issuances.
Ms. Cui was responsible for Real Estate and Southern China Coverage in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Department of Guotai Junan International (GTJAI). Prior to GTJAI, she worked in UBS and Deutsche Bank, and accumulated rich experience in capital markets, corporate finance and M&A.
Major bond issuance projects for real estate companies include: China Aoyuan, China South City, Times Property, Oceanwide, Yango Group, Redsun Properties, Modern Land, Ronshine Group, Zhenro Group, Poly Real Estate, Poly Property, Overseas Chinese Town, Wanda Group, Greenland, China Greentown, CIFI Group, Evergrande, CFLD, etc. Debut issuances include: RiseSun, Landsea, Languang Development BRC, Zhongnan Construction, Future Land, Minmetals Land, Xinhu Zhongbao, etc.
