Mr. Joey Pak is the CFO and Company Secretary of Admiralty Harbour Financial Group.
Mr. Pak was the Finance Director, the named company secretary, and an investment committee member of China Minsheng Financial Holding Corporation Limited.
Before joining China Minsheng, Mr. Pak was heading the finance department of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited. During his tenure since 2011, he worked on various product development and improvement projects, including the launch of ETFs and hedge funds.
Mr. Pak has extensive experience in financial management, and is specialized in securities brokerage houses, asset managers, money lenders and listed companies. His active exposures in the financial service industry cover extensively from back and middle office functions of financial accounting, investment operations, company secretary to functions of business development and treasury investment management.
Mr. Pak was the global financial service assurance manager in Ernst & Young, and covered clients in the banking and asset management industries.
Mr. Pak obtained a bachelor's degree in BBA (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Hong Kong, and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of London.
