On 11 and 12 September 2021, Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club kicked off the 2021-2022 season with its Autumn Regatta. The Regatta not only had a record number of boats competing, but also another highlight: Admiralty Harbour Whiskey Jack joined the competition. After 3 intense races across 2 days, Admiralty Harbour Whiskey Jack won the first race of the season and placed 3rd overall in the Regatta’s competitive Big Boat Division 2.
Admiralty Harbour Whiskey Jack will compete in races and regattas throughout the sailing season. Yacht racing requires close collaboration amongst teammates, strategic planning and tactical flexibility to achieve the best outcome. Admiralty Harbour’s Co-Founder, COO and General Counsel, Mr. Alec Tracy competed as a member of the Admiralty Harbour Whiskey Jack crew.
“This collaboration between Admiralty Harbour and Whiskey Jack is Admiralty Harbour’s first time to sponsor a sporting event. We hope this sponsorship will not only raise the overall visibility of the Admiralty Harbour brand, but also introduce sailing to a broader audience and inspire our employees and friends to invest in hobbies or activities and enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle” Mr. Alec Tracy shared.
